We created this privacy policy and security statement (“Privacy Policy”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and security and to clearly define these standards to visitors to our website, mobile application, and platforms, and accessors of our service. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which 2MYTICKET, INC. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, promoters, venues, customer, merchants, and/or contributors of content; each, a “User”) of the www.2myticket.com (and/or any websites, webpages, mobile applications, and /or application programming interfaces controlled and/or operated by 2MYTICKET, INC. Or its affiliates, collectively "Websites"), and applies solely to information collected by Websites, and the products and services offered by 2MYTICKET, INC.
 

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Websites, register on the Websites, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Websites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and financial information. Users may, however, visit our Websites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. • We also provide organizers with tools to help them monitor certain admissions and/or events, including table reservations. In some cases, this involves sharing your name(s) with the organizer so that they can identify you as ticket holders.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Users’ personal information, usernames, passwords, transaction information and data stored on our Websites Sensitive and private data exchange between our Websites and their respective Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties Users’ personally identifiable information.
